Stamped and integrally colored crosswalks run through the site; garage entry drives are integral color, the off-site approach on South Legacy Drive is stamped and colored, and a public trail extends the community’s footprint beyond the property line. Beacon Concrete delivers the full concrete scope across five residential buildings and a clubhouse in Celina for Carleton Companies, comprising 270 units, conventional slab foundations, and 216,000+ SF of on-site paving.
