Aura at Trinity Falls

Project Overview

Trinity Falls is one of the DFW area’s most recognized master-planned communities, and Aura at Trinity Falls brings 323 units and five buildings to its footprint of Trinity Falls Parkway in McKinney. The concrete scope here extends beyond the site boundary in two directions: a hike-and-bike trail connecting to the broader community trail network and a detention pond pilot channel running 750 linear feet across the site. Beacon Concrete delivers the full concrete package including PT foundations with deepened grade beams and spread footings, 210,000+ SF of on-site paving with hand-poured turn lanes, and full site work for Trinsic Residential Group.
