Founded by Angel Alvarez and headquartered in Flower Mound, Texas, Beacon Concrete delivers full-scope concrete on garden, wrap, subterranean, and parking structure projects to our valued developers and general contractors across North Texas, Central Texas, and Greater Phoenix.

Angel Alvarez has been around construction since he was old enough to follow his father onto a job site. His father, known as “Big Angel,” was a framer who brought his son to work and instilled something that has never left: take care of your people, because without your people, you’re nothing.
Angel’s professional career in multifamily concrete began in 2006. After nearly two decades leading large-scale concrete operations across Texas and Arizona, Angel founded Beacon Concrete in 2023. His purpose wasn’t just to build another concrete company, but to build one the right way, where people doing the work are valued, clients are treated like partners, and the standard never changes based on job size.
