Beacon Concrete delivered 13 building PT foundations, 253,000+ SF of paving and full off-site street work on Canyon Apartments, a garden-style multifamily community in Dallas, TX for Lennar.
Canyon Apartments brought two scopes that don’t always appear together on a garden project: a split-level leasing center with below-grade waterproofing, french drain, and structural backfill, and a full 10” street section on Colorado Boulevard and a city-approved mix design. Beacon Concrete delivered PT foundations across 13 residential buildings and four building types in Dallas, plus 253,000+ SF of on-site paving and 50,000+ SF of flatwork across the full site.
