Palladium Lancaster is a 243-unit garden-style multifamily community on East Lancaster Avenue in Fort Worth where Beacon Concrete delivered the full concrete package across three buildings. PT foundations included radon pockets throughout, a site-specific requirement for this Fort Worth location. The off-site approach on E. Lancaster Avenue required a City of Fort Worth mix design and traffic control on one of the city’s busier arterial corridors. The amenity scope includes a pickleball court, playground, and detention pond V-flume.
