Project overview
Palladium at Round Grove is a 144-unit garden-style multifamily community on East Round Grove Road in Lewisville. Beacon Concrete delivered a full turnkey concrete package across two buildings, including PT foundations, on-site paving, and a full off-site street section with an approach, turn lane, and South Uecker Drive. The off-site scope extended to both Round Grove Road and Uecker Drive, adding public right-of-way coordination to a standard garden build.
