Project overview
Eight residential building types in a single community is an uncommon scope, and at Bonds Ranch in Fort Worth, that diversity of scope spanned 14 buildings and 396 units alongside a leasing center, maintenance building, pavilion, and full amenity package. Beacon Concrete delivered the entirety of the concrete package, and the infrastructure scope extended beyond the site with a full off-site road section on Bonds Ranch Road, built to TxDOT-adjacent specs with curb and gutter. Colored flatwork runs throughout the community, and the amenity package reflects a high-end development with a sport court, BBQ kitchens, cabana, and covered outdoor areas.
