Project Overview

Merritt Crossing is a 226-unit garden-style multifamily community on North Legacy Drive in Celina where the amenity and finish details set it apart from a standard build. A meandering sidewalk system winds through the site alongside stamped and colored crosswalks, pergola footings, BBQ grilling stations, and a pool deck with a concrete chessboard. Beacon Concrete delivered the full concrete scope across five buildings, with PT foundations including drop walls at two buildings and 146,000+ SF of on-site paving for Carleton Companies.
