Project overview
Arlington Stephens is a 324-unit multifamily community on East Stephens Street in Arlington where the foundation scope includes more than the residential buildings. Three attached garage slabs sit alongside PT foundations across three building types, adding structural variety. Beacon provided supervision, crews, and equipment across foundations, 197,000+ SF of paving, and full site work for JPI, with E. Stephens Street pour-backs requiring coordination with the city right-of-way.
