Project Overview
At 461 units and five buildings, Jefferson Bonnie Brae is one of the larger garden-style communities in the Beacon Concrete portfolio by unit count. We provided the labor across PT foundations, 300,000+ SF of paving, building walks, pool deck, and full site work in Denton for JPI. The scale of paving scope alone, spread across parking, fire lane, dumpster areas, and approaches, reflects a site footprint built for a high-density residential community.
