Village Square at Corinth is a 236-unit garden-style multifamily community on Walton Drive in Corinth. Beacon Concrete delivered the full concrete package across four buildings and three building types. PT foundations required deepened grade beams, adding to the forming complexity across all buildings. The paving scope alone – parking, fire lane, and approaches – totals 146,000+ SF, reflecting the scale of the site footprint.
