Motley Senior Living is a 133-unit garden-style senior multifamily community on Motley Drive in Mesquite where the finish details reflect the community’s elevated standard. Rock salt finish at the covered building entries is an uncommon touch on a garden project, and radon mitigation pits specified throughout the foundation are a Mesquite market requirement that added scope complexity. Beacon Concrete delivers the entire concrete scope including PT foundations, 99,000+ SF of on-site paving, and an amenity package that includes three pavilions, a sports court, and a trickle channel for Carleton Companies.
