Santana Gurrola

Santana Gurrola brings one of the most well-rounded backgrounds on Beacon's preconstruction team. Starting as a laborer in 2011 and working his way through carpentry, surveying, crew lead, and assistant superintendent roles before spending nearly seven years leading safety operations, Santana has seen construction from nearly every angle. That depth of experience is what he brings to estimating, an understanding of how jobs come together in the field, where plans fall short of reality, and how to find the gaps before they become problems.

Working alongside Bradley Connolly and Alex Garcia in Beacon's preconstruction team, Santana plays a critical role in developing accurate, detailed proposals that set projects up for success before the first pour. He approaches each estimate with patience, optimism, and zero tolerance for shortcuts because he's seen firsthand what cutting corners costs a team once the work is underway.

Outside of work, Santana enjoys collecting firearms, savoring a good bourbon, and, most of all, spending time with his wife, Cheyenne, and their two children, Kayla and Santana III. Whether it's on the sidelines at a game or cheering his kids on at an event, Santana is always all in.
