With 27 years of construction experience spanning both residential and commercial projects, Arturo Sierra serves as General Superintendent at Beacon Concrete. Arturo sets the tone on every job site with a calm, organized presence and a lead-by-example approach. While he is making sure materials are in place and crews are aligned, the work moves forward with the quality and precision each project demands. The real-time problem-solving and adaptability skills he brings to the field are built entirely from experience.

He oversees field operations with a clear structure and an open line of communication, ensuring schedules are met, and standards stay uncompromised. Safety is the one thing Arturo will never let slide because when everyone on site is protected, everything else can follow.

Outside of work, Arturo is a devoted family man. He and his wife are proud parents to four children, two girls and two boys, and weekends usually mean time together outdoors, at the park, or simply at home. He brings the same commitment to his family that he brings to every job site.
