Alex Garcia

Alex Garcia brings a rare combination of field experience and preconstruction instinct to his role as Estimator at Beacon Concrete. With six years of hands-on experience in concrete, four of those as Superintendent, Alex understands what it actually takes to build a job before he ever prices one. That foundation shapes how he approaches every takeoff: reading plans the way a crew would execute them, anticipating field realities, and building estimates that reflect the full picture from the ground up.

Working alongside Bradley Connolly and Santana Gurrola in Beacon's preconstruction team, Alex plays a critical role in developing accurate, detailed proposals that set projects up for success before the first pour. He approaches each estimate with the same care and precision the field demands because he knows firsthand what a missed detail can cost a team once the work is underway.

Outside of work, Alex is a man of many interests. Soccer is at the top of the list, whether he's watching matches, following his favorite teams to stadiums across the country, or playing himself on weekends. He also enjoys hiking, golfing, jet skiing, and trying new restaurants. Alex and his girlfriend, Cassidy, share their home with their dog, Levi, a proud Texan mutt from Lubbock.
